Sometimes I’m unable to eat all of my PWO and during a workout I can burn out a tiny bit. Is it okay to eat a little during a workout?

Its definitely ok to eat during a workout if you feel like you need the energy/fuel. Its also ok to cut back on the size of your pre-workout meal if its too much for you. If that sounds like a better plan, just add those calories to another meal - no worries!
