Of course, this is entirely your decision, but… The strength training/cardio plan for this month was carefully thought out. If you are going to add HIIT to your strength training days, you might want to consider eliminating cardio from the prescribed cardio days to prevent overtraining and exhaustion. Allowing our bodies to train well while not pushing them to the point of exhaustion is an important part of achieving a balanced life. If you are training with intensity during your strength training workouts – especially full-body workouts – you probably do not need any additional HIIT.
